All our BBQ meat is from British native breeds. We dry age our beef for a minimum of 28 days with Himalayan rock salt. When you buy BBQ meat online from Grid Iron Meat our experienced butchers prepare your order the day before delivery, so it will arrive with you in the best possible condition.
