All our roasts are from British native breeds. We dry age it for a minimum of 28 days with Himalayan rock salt. Our experienced butchers cut and pack on the day before delivery, so your joint arrives with you in the best condition .

Our native breed beef is grass fed which gives it particularly good marbling in the meat with a healthy balance of omega 3 and 6. The breeds that we use take longer to mature as they grow more slowly. Slow growth creates a more intense flavour and the dry ageing process enhances this further. We believe that the beef from North Yorkshire is amongst the best in the world!
