Wrapping this is a layer of streaky bacon. This bacon, known for its delicate flavour and crisp texture, adds a layer of complexity to the roast. Savour the taste of Yorkshire’s finest poultry, brought together in a majestic roast that’s as visually impressive as it is delicious.
We recommend wrapping in foil and roasting in a pre-heated oven at 190c for around 90 minutes or 40 min per kg, then add 15-20 minutes. Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes to brown the bacon. Check with a meat thermometer and allow to rest for 20 minutes.
