We recommend wrapping in foil and roasting in a pre-heated oven at 190c for around 90 minutes or 40 min per kg, then add 15-20 minutes. Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes to brown the bacon. Check with a meat thermometer and allow to rest for 20 minutes.

There were only 3 of us for Christmas dinner, so this served us well for 3 days! Delicious, moist and luxurious treat – will definitely order again. My only suggestion would be to include some cooking guidance with the parcel – there was very useful leaflet on storage, but I ended up phoning up for a steer on oven temperature, etc.
