Ninja Foodi / Multi-Cooker: Use the Sear/Sauté function to cook the onion, pepper, garlic, spices, and beef as above. Add the remaining ingredients, switch to Slow Cook (High) for 2 hours or Pressure Cook for 8 minutes (quick release). Simmer on Sear/Sauté for a few extra minutes if you prefer a thicker sauce.
