    We’d ordered beef for Christmas dinner ( native breed Sirloin) but always flying in the face of convention- the wife puts mint sauce on everything and I do the same with horseradish – we also wanted pork crackling. This pork rind was the perfect solution- it crisped up a treat and there was more than enough for the family.
