- Searing: Preheat your pan until it’s very hot. Add a little oil, and sear the steaks for 2-3 minutes on each side until they develop a golden-brown crust.
- Cooking: Lower the heat and continue to cook the steaks for another 4-5 minutes per side, depending on thickness, until they reach an internal temperature of 63°C (145°F). Allow the steaks to rest for a few minutes before serving to let the juices redistribute.
