Have not bought ‘shop’ bacon for 10 months, these joints are great. Nice amount of fat and curing is really simple to do.

I have a few of these pork bellies for bacon in the past and been very pleased with them. However, this one was extremely fatty with hardly any meat for about half of the piece.
I will try one more but if it’s like the last one I will source them elsewhere.
It would good if you offered this piece with the skin removed.
