Traditional Yorkshire Bacon from Mount Grace Charcuterie

This bacon is made for us by our friends at Mount Grace Charcuterie from free range Yorkshire pork. It is dry cured, using our sea salt cure and naturally smoked by Jake at The Holy Smokery.

This a thinner cut than our Old Fashioned Bacon and has the rind removed.
