All our chickens are free range from Yorkshire and raised to high standards of welfare. The fillets are hand prepared then air-chilled giving you the freshest chicken possible.

Native Breed Beef - Bavette Steak

Our beef Bavette steak is cut from the flank muscle, resulting in a very tasty steak due to the slightly higher fat content.

Once out of fashion in the UK, the bavette steak has now become popular again due it's stronger flavour and value for money.  Bavette is tougher and more fibrous than a lot of the more popular teaks. The best way to cook it is quickly over a high, dry heat.  Bavettes will benefit from marinating and you should avoid over cooking.

Yorkshire Nduja

Handmade from Yorkshire pigs.

Nduja is a soft spreadable salami which is seasoned with chilli and paprika making it fiery hot.

Best dotted on pizzas, mixed with tomato and grilled on bread, added to pasta dishes or stews.

Introducing our new Venison, Mushroom, and Red Wine Pie Filling, a hearty and satisfying and made with the finest Wild Venison from North Yorkshire. Slow-cooked to perfection, this rich filling is packed with tender chunks of venison, earthy mushrooms, and a robust red wine gravy that brings everything together.

Conveniently sealed in a vacuum pouch, it’s ready to use straight away. Whether you want to make a traditional pie with a crisp pastry topping, or something a bit different like a comforting cottage-style pie with creamy mashed potato.

Old Fashioned Gammon Joint

Traditional, hand cured gammon joint.

These gammons are cured, for us, using a traditional method. Our pork legs are cured on the bone by pumping the cure into the meat, by hand, through the vein. This ensures that the cure penetrates the meat without damage to the skin. The cured legs are then boned and strung before hanging to dry.

UK MAINLAND DELIVERIES

We deliver on a next day service throughout the UK mainland (please see below for restrictions). Your order is shipped in an insulated box.

Our delivery service allows you to pick a delivery date in advance when you reach the checkout. Our delivery days are Tuesday to Friday.

We use a courier service. They will notify you on the morning of delivery with an estimated time for delivery.

Delivery is free on orders over £50. (under £50 = £12.95) Sorry This is due to the cost involved in our chilled packaging and courier cost.
