Now based in Cheshire, Fiona has lived in many locations throughout the UK. Her love for food was developed at a young age by her Irish mother, an inventive cook who always used wonderful fresh local ingredients and fed the family with an eclectic range of food from around the world. As a child the kitchen was the heart of the home, with time spent together enjoying lovingly prepared meals.
As she moved through life Fiona’s interest in all that is culinary grew, teaching herself along the way about different cuisines and ingredients which eventually led to appearing on MasterChef, an experience she says she will never forget and one that taught her so much and drove her to progress within the culinary world.
Since MasterChef Fiona has been providing supper clubs, pop up restaurants, sharing plate experiences, private catering and work in collaboration with some leading UK businesses.
