Jams, chutneys, and preserves are versatile condiments that can add a burst of flavour to a wide range of dishes. While each has its own unique flavour profile and texture, they are all created by preserving fruits and/or vegetables with sugar, vinegar, and a blend of spices.
Preserve making has a long and distinguished past and we are very proud to support companies like Rosebud Preserves who are part of that tradition. Over the years developing time honoured skills, by practising authentic techniques and reproducing traditional recipes, has become a special part of what we do.
