Description
Sourcing
We use only select cuts of British pork sourced from trusted farms with high animal welfare standards. The meat is freshly minced and hand-mixed with minimal seasoning to preserve its natural, meaty character.
About the cut
Our breakfast sausages are made with a balance of shoulder and belly pork for a juicy, succulent texture and full-bodied flavour. The natural casings give them a satisfying bite and a traditional look.
Cooking methods
These sausages are best cooked gently to preserve their mild flavour. Pan-fry, grill, or oven-bake over a medium heat, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through. They’re ready to enjoy in about 12–15 minutes.
Nutritional value
High in protein and naturally rich in iron and B vitamins, these sausages are a wholesome start to the day. Made without unnecessary fillers, artificial colours, or strong spices — just good meat and a pinch of seasoning.
