Ingredients & Allergens

Ingredients: Pork (71%), water, salt, WHEAT flour (calcium carbonate, iron, niacin and thiamin), rusk (WHEAT), spices, stabilisers: diphosphates E450, dextrose, preservative: E221 (SULPHITES), sugar, yeast extract, herbs, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, natural flavourings, dried onion, flavouring.

Allergens: WHEAT (gluten), SULPHITES. Please check the label on the pack for the latest ingredient and allergen information.

Cooking methods

Pan-fry, grill or oven-bake over a medium heat, turning occasionally, until golden brown and thoroughly cooked. Allow around 12–15 minutes, depending on thickness and cooking method.

Serving suggestions

  • Serve as part of a full English breakfast with eggs, bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms and beans.
  • Use in a breakfast roll or sausage sandwich.
  • Add to sausage casseroles, lentil stews or tray bakes.
  • Slice into an omelette or frittata.
