    After scoring the skin with Stanley knife (I think it may already be scored) into 200C oven for 1 hr — the VERY BEST crackling in the World!

    This rind is perfect for good crackling, though my oven seemed to have other ideas!. When it works its superb. Expensive, and so is delivery but you get a proper in transit food box that means your order arrives in pritine condition, and no other company can do this for you. The Morrison’s ring has no fat content so is not in the same league as this.
