    Excellent ribs. Cooked for 5 hours on the Traeger. 3 hours uncovered bone down, 1 hour in foil bone up, 1 hour uncovered bone down. Perfect. Huge slab of meat and ribs too. Had to cut in half and freeze half. Can’t wait to cook them again.
