This bacon is made for us by our friends at Mount Grace Charcuterie from free range Yorkshire pork bellies. It is dry cured, using our sea salt cure and then air dried.
This a thinner cut than our Old Fashioned Bacon and has the rind removed.
There are eight slices in the pack.
