Traditional Yorkshire Streaky Bacon from Mount Grace Charcuterie

Traditionally produced Yorkshire streaky bacon made from free-range pork and dry cured by Mount Grace Charcuterie.

The bacon is cured using a sea-salt based recipe developed in a Yorkshire butcher’s shop during the 1970s. This authentic curing method includes the use of nitrate curing salts and is followed by natural smoking to create a rich, savoury flavour.

Ideal for cooking, grilling or adding depth to recipes. Supplied sliced in a 240g pack.
