Dry Aged, Grass-Fed Beef Bones – 1kg

These mixed beef bones are cut from our dry-aged, grass-fed beef, sourced from North Yorkshire farms. Each pack contains a natural mix of bones, prepared during the breakdown of our dry-aged carcasses and packed ready for the freezer or the stock pot.

Because the bones come from dry-aged beef, they carry added depth and richness, making them particularly well suited to slow simmering. Whether you’re making a classic beef stock, a darker demi-glace, or a nourishing bone broth, these bones provide structure, body and a clean, beefy backbone without the need for additives.

How to use
Roast first for a deeper, darker stock, or simmer gently with vegetables and herbs for a lighter broth. One kilo will comfortably make several litres of stock, which freezes well for later use.

Sourcing
All bones are a by-product of our dry-aged beef programme, ensuring nothing goes to waste. As we work with native and traditional breeds, the exact mix may vary slightly from pack to pack.

Nutritional notes
Beef bones are naturally rich in collagen, gelatin and minerals released during slow cooking, making them a staple for traditional stocks and broths.
