    Good old fashioned black pudding so full of flavour – so easy to cook – crisp on the outside and soft in the middle.

    This is quite simply the best black pudding I have tasted. Didn’t know how I was going to get through 0.5 kilos of it, but after giving a couple of slices to my son and 2 to a neighbour, I happily ate the rest (mostly uncooked) myself.
