Description
Our beef burgers are made from grass fed, native breed beef from Mount Grace farm in North Yorkshire.
Our butchers grind the beef from a blend of chuck, brisket and dry aged beef fat. We don’t add seasoning as we feel it is better do this during cooking as you would with a good steak.

Disappointing, would be OK for summer BBQ but for the construction of a special burger with all the bits it was disappointing, lacked some flavour , good fat content though.
