Our beef burgers are made from grass fed, native breed beef from Mount Grace farm in North Yorkshire.
Our butchers grind the beef from a blend of chuck, brisket and dry aged beef fat. We don’t add seasoning as we feel it is better do this during cooking as you would with a good steak.

We have had these burgers on several occasions. Good flavour and texture. THe ultimate accolade came when relations stayed post lockdown and we barbecued them. A member of the party remarked: ” that was the best burger I’ve ever had”. Notwithstanding the fact that we haven’t tried the Wagyu burgers I would agree. Good value protein. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed.
