Description
Our beef burgers are made from grass fed, native breed beef from Mount Grace farm in North Yorkshire.
Our butchers grind the beef from a blend of chuck, brisket and dry aged beef fat. We don’t add seasoning as we feel it is better do this during cooking as you would with a good steak.

I have purchased these a few times and they are usually decent but the last order was sub par. Very tough meat, dry and not very nice. My wife gave up half way. Shame.
