Description
Pork Pies to Bake at Home
Cooking Instructions:
Our pork pies arrive frozen, ready for you to bake to perfection. Preheat your oven to 190°C. Place the frozen pies on a baking tray and cook for approximately 25-30 minutes until the pastry is golden brown and the filling is piping hot. Enjoy them fresh from the oven for the best experience.
Tips and Serving Suggestions:
- For a Golden Finish: Brush the top of the pies with a beaten egg before baking to achieve a beautifully golden crust.
- Serving Ideas: Perfect for a hearty snack, these pies pair wonderfully with a dollop of tangy pickle or a spoonful of smooth mustard. They are also ideal for picnics, lunches, or as part of a traditional British Ploughman’s lunch.
- Storage: Keep the pies frozen until ready to bake. Once baked, they can be refrigerated and enjoyed cold or gently reheated in the oven.

Great to be able to cooke these pies from frozen (cooking instructions inside the box under the pies). We had 2 of them warm with a gravy as reading other feedback, I was aware they may be dry particularly as they contained no jelly. Intend to try the other two cold once cooked for a picnic
