Yorkshire Merguez Salami
A bold, North African-inspired salami made with British character. Our Yorkshire Merguez Salami blends native Yorkshire lamb and beef with warming spices and homemade harissa, then cold-smoked over Yorkshire oak and gently air-dried for several weeks.
Flavoured with smoked paprika, cumin, coriander, and fennel, this fully cured salami is ready to eat — offering all the punch of traditional merguez sausage in a refined, charcuterie-style format. The addition of our rich, house-made harissa paste — featuring chilli flakes, roasted red peppers, garlic, and Yorkshire rapeseed oil — gives each slice depth and complexity.
