Description
Rare Breed Pork – T-bone Steaks (2 x 14oz)
A proper treat for pork lovers, these Rare Breed T-bone Steaks offer the best of both worlds – tender fillet on one side, and juicy sirloin on the other, all divided by the signature T-shaped bone that keeps everything rich and moist during cooking.
Cut from rare and native breed pigs reared on small farms in North Yorkshire, these steaks are a world away from supermarket fare. The pigs are slowly grown outdoors on pasture, producing meat with real depth – firm in texture, beautifully marbled, and packed with character.
Ideal for pan-searing or grilling, they cook up with a golden crust and a rich, savoury bite.
Cooking Tip: Bring to room temperature before cooking. Season simply with salt and pepper, and sear over high heat for a few minutes on each side. Let rest before serving.
Pack contains: 2 x 14oz T-bone steaks
Suitable for: High-protein diets, traditional eating, and anyone looking to eat better quality meat.
