Cheap sausages tend to spit and leak fats and juice when grilled. These ones DON’T…not a bit. So made with solid ground meat…if you like this kind, then go for it.

Pan fried and enjoyed with scrambled egg and plum tomatoes. Sausages had nice taste and lovely texture, but no sage (?) and not as much pepper seasoning as I’m used to in a Cumberland. Easy enough to add pepper on the plate, though.
