A perfect rare breed pork chop for when you want to impress at a dinner party.
Being rare breed pork, there’s a good layer of fat on our cotes de porc. There’s no need to eat it if you don’t like fat, but please leave it on for cooking as it will add amazing flavour and keep the meat moist.
These actually taste like pork use to taste in my childhood.
