Being rare breed pork, there’s a good layer of fat on our cotes de porc. There’s no need to eat it if you don’t like fat, but please leave it on for cooking as it will add amazing flavour and keep the meat moist.

More like a roast then a supermarket pork chop.Cooked first one in a slow cooker with home made sauces on low, came out in a whole chop. Very tasty.
