    This arrived as 1kg packs and within was steaks of various sizes, shapes and thicknesses. As a result a little skill needed to cook to my family’s liking of medium rare. Anyway I managed it and they and I loved it. Great flavour and texture. From what I recall there were no chewy sinew and no complaints from the family so another winner.
