Ordered chateaubriand some weeks before Christmas for delivery on 23rd December. Delivery was on time, the meat extremely well packaged. I was cooking on Christmas Day for my wife and me – the meat was absolutely wonderful! The most tender cut I think I have ever had, it sliced perfectly and almost melted in the mouth! There was enough left over for sandwiches for two days – eaten cold it was still tender and tasty! I would recommend Grid Iron meats – while not cheap, the extra is worth paying for super quality. They never disappoint!!!
