Made in collaboration with Mount Grace Charcuterie in North Yorkshire, this small-batch chorizo is crafted from locally sourced pork and seasoned with smoked paprika, garlic, and a touch of chilli for warmth. Each salami is air-dried slowly to develop a firm texture and bold, savoury depth.
Sourcing:
Produced by Mount Grace Charcuterie using pork from outdoor-reared pigs on Yorkshire farms. The meat is cured and fermented using traditional continental methods, then matured naturally for a rich, well-balanced flavour.
About the Cut & Process:
Only the finest cuts of shoulder and belly are used to ensure the perfect balance of lean and fat. The sausage is coarsely ground, seasoned with authentic Spanish spices, and slowly dried for several weeks until the texture becomes dense and sliceable.
Flavour & Use:
The result is a chorizo that’s smoky, spicy, and full of umami — ideal sliced thinly for charcuterie boards, folded through pasta or risotto, or crisped gently in a pan to release its paprika-rich oils.
Nutritional Value & Health Benefits:
Naturally high in protein and rich in healthy monounsaturated fats. The slow curing process eliminates the need for artificial preservatives, creating a clean, honest charcuterie product.

Our delivery service allows you to pick a delivery date in advance when you reach the checkout. Our delivery days are Tuesday to Friday.
