Each stick contains over 94% Yorkshire-reared outdoor pork, seasoned to perfection with cracked black pepper and dried garlic, giving them a robust and satisfying flavour.
The story behind these beer sticks is as rich as their taste. The business started with David Lishman’s father, Gordon, who learned the art of curing meat from a World War II prisoner of war, Enrik Blam. This tradition has been lovingly preserved, with David and now his daughter Emma continuing the family’s passion for producing exceptional meats.
