Black Garlic Bulb

Black garlic is a unique ingredient that has gained popularity for its complex flavour profile and potential health benefits. It’s made by fermenting garlic under controlled heat and humidity over several weeks. This process, often described as an ageing or fermentation process, transforms the cloves into soft, dark, and sticky morsels, quite different from their original form.

Great as an addition to sauces and other dishes.
