Gloucester Old Spot Pound Pie to Bake at Home.
Made with our Gloucester Old Spot pork and belly cuts in a hot water crust pastry, made with pork lard. This is a re-invention of the recipe used in the old butchers shop in the 1970’s, when the pies would be at their best, straight out of the oven.
The pie will arrive frozen and can be cooked in around 40 minutes at 190c.
Traditionally called a pound pie their are six servings in each pie.
