Description
Pork Pies to Bake at Home
Cooking Instructions:
Our pork pies arrive frozen, ready for you to bake to perfection. Preheat your oven to 190°C. Place the frozen pies on a baking tray and cook for approximately 25-30 minutes until the pastry is golden brown and the filling is piping hot. Enjoy them fresh from the oven for the best experience.
Tips and Serving Suggestions:
- For a Golden Finish: Brush the top of the pies with a beaten egg before baking to achieve a beautifully golden crust.
- Serving Ideas: Perfect for a hearty snack, these pies pair wonderfully with a dollop of tangy pickle or a spoonful of smooth mustard. They are also ideal for picnics, lunches, or as part of a traditional British Ploughman’s lunch.
- Storage: Keep the pies frozen until ready to bake. Once baked, they can be refrigerated and enjoyed cold or gently reheated in the oven.

Amazing idea to produce pork pies to cook at home. Had them both hot and cold and they were spectacular – took me back to a pub in Ilkley 40 years ago!

Enjoyed the pies and would like to buy more but on receipt they had fully defrosted and had to be cooked straight away. We bought them to put straight in the freezer but could not do this. Great customer service when reporting this problem so hopefully it will not happen again. Would have been 5 stars if received frozen.
