Description

Cooking Instructions:

Our pork pies arrive frozen and ready for you to bake. Preheat your oven to 190°C. Place the frozen pies on a baking tray and cook for approximately 40 minutes until the pastry turns golden brown and the filling is thoroughly heated. For the best experience, savour them straight from the oven.

    I grew up on pork pies almost exactly like these from our village butcher in North Yorkshire. That butcher still sells pork pies but they’re not as good as they used to be in the 70s, 80s, 90s. These ones, however, are very close to the “real thing”. Moreover, I now live 250 miles away from where I grew up so it’s great to be able to get these delivered.
