Whether your an enthusiastic amateur or an artisan producer, we can supply you with the right cuts of native breed meat for making your own charcuterie products.

We’ve made it our goal to source quality meats from well raised animals on local, North Yorkshire farms. We usually have a wide variety of breeds in stock at any one time and are able to produce the cuts you need. If you can’t see what you’re looking for on our website, let us know and we’ll do our best to help.

All our meat is from native breeds, which means that they mature more slowly and generally have a higher fat content that works very well for charcuterie products.

We often have a good supply of English Longhorn Beef and Gloucester Old Spot Pork (we use these for our own charcuterie products) and we’re more than happy to match a cut to your specifications.

We can supply trim with various lean to fat ratios along with pure fat if required.
