Our Yorkshire lamb selection is from the Yorkshire Dales and North Yorkshire farms. 

Some of our lamb comes from upland moorland grazing and some from lush lowland pasture. We are lucky to be in a part of the UK where sheep farming goes back through many generations and the farmers take great pride in producing the best quality lamb and mutton.
