British Native Breed Charcuterie Products from North Yorkshire Farms
All of the meat that goes into Grid Iron charcuterie products is from native breeds of beef, pork & lamb from farms in North Yorkshire.
We believe that it’s important to support these breeds and the traditional ways that they’re reared. Meat from native breeds has a larger natural fat content and takes longer to mature, adding extra flavour to the meat.
We also believe in trying to use the whole animal without waste and so were developing products in our range that use every part. Not only does this reduce waste and respect the animal, but also helps the farmer and butcher to plan better.
