   It was ok but was probably too fatty for me. I tried to reverse sear it in the BBQ. The meat was tasty but it wasn’t the right cut for this. Maybe should have tried a Tomahawk.

   Very tasty. The steak was so large we had to cut it in half! So we still have one left in the freezer to eat. Not bad eh!
