This is our take on a Mortadella style sausage. Mild flavoured with a smokiness from the bacon. Cooked and ready to eat.
This is in one piece for you to slice or chop.
Makes a great breakfast slice, cut thick and fried or grilled.

Enjoyed this Mortadella but it it very different from the Italian version. Missed the pistachios and chunks of fat.

we loved this as it doesn’t have garlic in it (my husband is alergic). The flavours are superb either in a sandwich or a salad as thin slices and great in a pasta dish
