Rare Breed Pork – Trim- 2kg

Chunks of pork from our rare breed pigs.

This is the trim that’s left over in our butchery. For those who prefer to mince their own pork for sausage and salami. It’s usually around 80VL (visual lean) meaning that ratio of lean to fat is around 80%.
