Ingredients: Pork (71%), water, salt, WHEAT flour (calcium carbonate, iron, niacin and thiamin), rusk (WHEAT), spices, stabilisers: diphosphates E450, dextrose, preservative: E221 (SULPHITES), sugar, yeast extract, herbs, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, natural flavourings, dried onion, flavouring.

Pan-fry, grill or oven-bake over a medium heat, turning occasionally, until golden brown and thoroughly cooked. Allow around 12–15 minutes, depending on thickness and cooking method.
