These animals are free to graze on our North Yorkshire pastures and produce a deeply flavoured meat.
Everything will be prepared and packed, fresh in the butchery, the day before delivery. Our packaging is designed to withstand freezer temperatures, so is fine for popping straight in the freezer when it arrives.

The delivery and packing were superb, and the meat was excellently butchered to provide a super range of choice cuts. I used to buy mutton direct from a farm in the 70’s and prefer the taste, texture and leaness to young lamb, great service.
