Description
Native Breed Beef Sirloin Steaks
Sirloin comes from the loin between the rib and rump. It offers a characteristic balance of rich beef flavour and tenderness, with a fine covering of fat that adds flavour as it cooks.

What makes Grid Iron sirloin distinctive?
Selected from native-breed beef, our sirloin has a rich, rounded flavour suited to a traditional steak dinner. Our wider beef preparation includes dry ageing with Himalayan rock salt; the precise ageing and provenance specification for this SKU should be confirmed against current butchery records before making more detailed claims.
Cooking sirloin steak
Season and cook in a hot frying pan, on a griddle or barbecue, adjusting to the thickness of the steaks and preferred doneness. Rest before serving. For a full method see How to Cook Sirloin Steak on Grid Iron Gourmet. For serving inspiration try Tagliata di Manzo.

Wonderful texture and flavour. Cooked properly you can eat it with a butter knife. Best steak I’ve had outside of a restaurant
