If you’re a fan of traditional British recipes like Steak and Kidney Pudding, Dumplings and Suet Puddings, then this is the stuff you’ve been looking for.

Beef fat has a very high melting point making it ideal for a variety of uses in baking.

As the beef carcasses come into the butchery intact, we are able to source fat at the right time for it to reach you in perfect condition. It freezes very well if you don’t need to use it all at once. We recommend that you either use it fresh when it arrives or freeze it straight away for later use.
