How this differs from our other shoulder cuts
Choose this boned and rolled shoulder when you want a traditional roasting joint that is easy to season, carve and serve. For a larger bone-in cut designed around long smoking and pulled pork, choose our Half Boston Butt. For a smaller, richly marbled boneless joint, see our 1.1kg Pork Collar or 2.2kg Pork Collar.
For a fuller comparison, read Pork Collar vs Boston Butt vs Boneless Pork Shoulder.

British native-breed pork
We use British native-breed pork selected for flavour and natural fat cover. The exact breed and farm can vary with supply, so we do not promise a specific batch provenance unless it is confirmed.

Memory’s of days gone by when Pork had real flavor, not like the current supermarket meat which seems to loose out to flavor for cheapness

A good piece or rare breed pork has a slight gamey flavour that until you’ve tried it you don’t really know what your missing.
