    The smoking method they have is quite subtle at first, but you soon realise the depth when the flavour arrives. Personally with my next order I’ll ask Ian if he can double smoke certain things, but like i did, id advise to try anything smoked their traditional way, i like a very strong smoked meat. Im so happy i found Grid Iron
