Grid Iron - Woodland Mangalitza Salami Stick

Made with Magalitza pork, reared in North Yorkshire woodland.

The beautiful hairy pigs that go into this salami are free to forage in a North Yorkshire woodland, putting on lots of fat and flavour over their longer lives. We developed a subtle range of herbs and spices with a typical Italian style to bring out the natural porky flavour of the Mangalitza.

This was a lovely tasty bite – so soft not chewy – added to a snack plate of cheese along with the fennel salami a really tasty treat
